COVID-19 Treatments for Non-Hospitalised High-Risk Adults (CMDU)
Antiviral treatments are available for eligible non-hospitalised patients with COVID-19 via the Kent & Medway COVID Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU) based at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells hospital.
Referrals can be made by a healthcare provider or self-referral. Please complete the below Kent & Medway CMDU Treatment Referral Form in full and email to mtw-tr.covidtxreferral@nhs.net.
For the treatment of COVID-19 in line with DHSC defined eligibility criteria.
Hospitalised patients: supply is via the treating hospital in accordance with local inpatient COVID-19 treatment pathways.
Non-hospitalised patients: supply is restricted to the COVID-19 Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU) based at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Referrals must be made via email to: mtw-tr.covidtxreferral@nhs.net.
